Mixed Results for Groton's 2013 CMT/CAPT Scores

The 2012-2013 scores have been released.

Tuesday, the Connecticut Department of Education released the standardized test scores for every district in the state, and for Groton, the news is mixed.

In Groton, Connecticut Academic Performance Test scores were lower than the state averages. A number of the scores on the Connecticut Mastery Test increased from the previous year, but many of Groton's results were below the state averages.

Throughout the state, CAPT scores were up in Connecticut, while CMT scores were down

The CAPT is given to 10th-grade students. The CMTs are given to students in grades three through eight. To see Groton's CMT performance results, search the table above.
