Come in for a FREE introductory Svaroopa® yoga class.

Space is limited. Participants must register in advance to ensure a place in class.
Wear clothing you can move easily in, and please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early. Please also refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or any heavily scented products.
No mats or other yoga gear is needed. Everything is provided for you in the studio.
Svaroopa® yoga is a very gentle style of yoga that is well-known for being easy on your body.
