Groton Parks & Rec - Baseball Clinic - Sign-ups
Groton – Groton Parks and Recreation is offering the Falcons Spring Training Baseball Clinic taught by Fitch High School Head Varsity Baseball Coach - Marc Peluso and his staff.
The clinic takes place March 5 - 7 (Mon., Tues., Wed.), at Fitch Middle School for youth ages 8 – 12. Sign up for either time slot: 4 – 5:30 PM or 5:30 – 7 PM.
Fee: $75 – Residents/$95 – Non-Residents

The goal of the program is to “teach you the proper way to prepare for the upcoming season and give yourself the best opportunity to compete.” Baseball specific training programs include: throwing and catching fundamentals, arm maintenance, technique, position/hitting stations, situational hitting, fielding mechanics, and agility, speed and conditioning.
