Mohegan Sun Winefest Craft Beer Pairing Seminar
Friday, 7 p.m. - Based on recipes from the American Craft Beer Cookbook, the seminar will lead attendees through a 5 course tasting and pairing event featuring a Spiegelau crystal tulip beer glass that is proven to keep beer colder and carbonated longer, as well as effectively enhance the beer tasting experience. A Grafton Village Cheese Course, three selections from sea, farm, and field, and dessert will be served. Led by industry veterans Dave Hartmann and John Holl, the seminar is designed to enlighten how the primary and broad ranging flavors in craft beer complement, contrast with, and accentuate what we eat. Tickets are $50 and capacity is limited. To purchase tickets, visit ww2.mohegansun.com/sitelet/winefest/events.html#longtrail.
