The Fleet Reserve Association was founded in 1924 with the mission to represent the interests of the Sea Service community before the US Congress. The membership is made up of former members of the Marine Corps, Coast Guard and US Navy. The local chapter, Branch 20, has a beautiful brick building not far from Electric Boat and Pfizer, and is involved in the community, organizing events like youth education seminars and member and guest breakfasts.
