Fitch Middle School is part of the Groton Public Schools and serves about 400 students in grades six through eight.…More About one-third of the student body changes during the year, and about half of the middle school's students have parents in the military.</p> <p>Fitch Middle School teaches traditional academic subjects and offers activities such as participating in concerts, drama productions, sports, student council, yearbook and the school newspaper.</p> <p>The school houses a school-based health center that is staffed with a nurse practitioner and mental health worker who can provide sick visits, counseling and physicals to students.</p> <p>Robert Pendolphi is principal of Fitch Middle School.</p>
