Other police department divisions include youth, animal control, community policing, detectives and records.</p> <p>The records division of the police department is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, not including holidays. Residents who want a copy of a motor vehicle accident report must wait three days from the time of the incident, then contact the department at 860-441-6713 to make sure the report is available.</p> <p>Michael Crowley is police chief.</p>
