I have experience working with a wide variety of groups and populations. I have experience working as a clinical dietitian in countries like Spain and Peru. I teach my clients how to eat to support their unique biochemistry and metabolism to heal from the inside out by getting back in touch with their bodies, and reestablishing a healthy relationship with food. Many clients come to me with a goal of weight loss and are shocked at how many other health issues are resolved in their journey to wellness.
