Get vegetables ready in 5 minutes!

Don't have time to sit and prepare two cups of vegetables? Then look at these healthy options that will help you get healthy veggies in no time! Works great for those on the Ideal Protein weight loss method.

Bell Peppers

These are Jean Michael's favorites! Just cut them into little strips and enjoy them by alone or with a Walden Farms Ranch dip or dressing. Easy to make, no need for cooking and they feel just like a snack!

Pickles

Always keep a jar of pickles at work (if you can). Two medium pickles will equal about a cup of vegetables and they are easy to grab. Enjoy them also with Walden Farms dips, dressings or just by themselves, just be careful, too many pickles can make you retain water because of their sodium content.

Spring Mix

If you are close to a supermarket, get one of those medium-size tubs of spring mix, 50/50 blend or the mixed baby greens. Those tubs will give you 4 cups of leafy vegetables that you can just mix with your favorite dressing and enjoy!

 

Celery

Cut 2 cups of celery and enjoy them as a healthy and fresh snack! Very refreshing and delicious, especially with Walden Farms’ bleu cheese dressing or with 2 tablespoons of Peanut butter (if you are not on the Ideal Protein diet).
